Flights to Split will begin April 30 and operate three times per week. Split will be United’ second Croatia destination, joining Dubrovnik. Bari flights will operate four times per week, beginning May 1. Both routes will utilize Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
United will fly daily from Newark to Glasgow beginning May 8 and thrice-weekly seasonal service to Santiago de Compostela on May 27. United will fly Boeing 737 Max 8 narrowbody planes on the routes.
United will be the lone carrier on all four routes and the only airline connecting the U.S. nonstop with Split and Santiago de Compostela. Italian carrier Neo flies weekly summer service to Bari from New York Kennedy, according to Cirium data.
